Is the planner dated?
Yes! UpLift Planner is a dated planner that ranges from January 1 to December 31.
What’s your paper like?
Our text pages are 80lb (thick white paper)
Monthly coloring pages are 90lb (even thicker white paper)!
Do you offer any customizations?
No- we do not currently offer any customizations. The products you see on our website are our full selection.
If you would like to see page additions, a different layout, a different cover design or if you have new product requests for future collections, please email us.
We would love to take your feedback into consideration!
Does this planner come in different languages?
At this time, UpLift Planners only come in American English.
When will my planner ship?
We fulfill orders within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). This timeline does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be marked as 'shipped'.
Where is my order?
Please check the e-mail you used at checkout for a confirmation e-mail that includes your tracking number.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before getting your tracking number.
Follow the shipping carrier directions to track your package.
Once the package has been given to the shipping carrier, UpLift Planer is no longer in control of any delays in shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to!
Please be aware that shipping costs are applicable for international orders. Customs and VAT charges may also apply and are the responsibility of the package recipient.
Returns & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel an order, this request must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Please email this request and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation not guaranteed.
Once shipped, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final.
Returns cannot be accepted at this time.
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us and we will respond as quickly at possible.
Do you have an affiliate program?
We do not currently have an affiliate program.
However, please express your interest by e-mailing email@example.com, and we will notify you if and when a partnership becomes available.
Do you work with content creators?
Yes. Message us directly on Instagram (@upliftplanner) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested in partnering with our brand.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
If you intend on buying a significant amount of planners or wish to purchase the planners for resale purposes, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
